June 1st - I was picked up on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation. I had my son with me and my friend came and got him. I found out that I had to stay and serve my time. I served 50 days. My best friend at the time took care of him for 10 days. No matter how hard it was on her and me and my son at the time.... I will be forever grateful.... and we made it through. My son flew to Texas to live with my Aunt, Uncle & Cousin. He flew June 12th, the day before he came to see me at the jail. That was almost 5 months ago... and I haven't seen him since.
July 20th - I went to court and was released from jail on time served. My Dad & Step mom offered their extra room to me to come try and startover... in country of King George County. My Uncle offered to keep Khalil so that I could get things together. Is searched for a job, with no luck. No job inturns means no housing, no car, no food, no plane tickets, no nothing! I spent three weeks in King George only making things worse. I smoked a pack a day and drank all I could. The relationship I never had with my Dad, turned out to have good reason why I never had. I in turned left on very bad terms.
3 weeks later - Fishersville, VA - I spent 10 days at a girl friends house down by Stauntan, Va. It was nice to experience another type of country leaving. Folks were nice. Not a lot of anything going on, but by the end of the week... I didn't want to leave. I was searching and researching ways to bring Khalil there and build a life there for us. I guess if I was motivated and desperate enough... I could end up anywhere and do it! Do everything I ever wanted... starting at the bottom if I had to.
Mid-August - Reston, VA - I came with her back up here to the DC area with the hopes of going back to dancing long enough to take a nice chunk of money back to Fishersville to start over and fly my son home. I came to my moms in Reston and my friend was more than happy to get rid of me cause I haven't heard from her since. I thought about what other options did I have to get shit rolling. I thought about what do I need to do to make it work. Spent the better part of the summer convincing myself not to take my own life... and now I just can't think of how to get myself together. Well... and this is where Craigslist.com came in... the savior to my existence. LMAO...
